You were busy and had fun. And you probably didn’t make the best choices when it came to nutrition. I’m going to guess you didn’t work out as much as you would have liked.
Now, your clothes don’t fit quite right and you just don’t feel that great.

I created Apogeo Fitness because too many people are trying hard to lose weight & get in shape.
They try every fad and gimmick on the market, only to be frustrated and disappointed.
Most people have become so obsessed with counting calories that they forgot to count the blessings in front of them. They forgot how to make fitness fun.
My approach to fitness doesn’t start with a simple math problem:
“Calories consumed – Calories burned = Weight Loss”
That’s where most people start and end, and it typically doesn´t work in the long term.
The Apogeo Fall Fitness Challenge is NOT typical.
It is an exclusive 12-week program for those who want to feel great in their bodies.

I’ll show you a common-sense approach to fitness that keeps you feeling good – about yourself, about the way you feel in your clothes, about life.
There are no shakes to purchase. There are no fad diets to go on. No ketones or macros to count.
Just a common sense approach to health, fitness, and life that is sustainable well beyond 12 weeks.
Apogeo Fall Fitness Challenge Details
My program seeks to help motivated participants build a solid foundation and solve the following challenges:
- How do you find the time & motivation to exercise among the competing demands of life? Hint, it’s not looking at motivational quotes😊
- How do you keep the weight off once and for all?
- What are the exercises that are going to get the results you want? The answer may surprise you.
- What does fitness look like to you? I’m not talking about 6-pack abs.
- How do you measure progress?
- How do you discover and listen to what your body needs?
- What is a cop out and what’s taking care of self?
It only takes about 4 hours a week, a decent internet connection and you will have success with the Fall Fitness Challenge.
It’s a way to give you a plan to feel better, extra motivation and accountability. All while giving you the opportunity to connect with other participants who are having the same experience as you.
