What is online fitness coaching?
Online fitness coaching is like having a personal trainer at YOUR convenience. You get your workouts and nutrition coaching delivered online. Plus, you have a personal coach that helps you be accountable.
How does it work?
You start off by scheduling a consultation or filling out an application. We’ll talk about where you are now and where you’d like to be and figure out the best way to get there. You’ll get workouts and nutrition habits delivered several times a week via email and app. We’ll also check in once a week via phone or Zoom to help you past any challenges that may come up along the way.
Do I need a gym membership?
Nope, only if you want one. Workouts are tailored to you: your abilities, where you’re working out, what equipment is available. You don’t need a gym membership, but I may recommend certain types of equipment as needed.
How much does fitness coaching cost?
It depends on the program you sign up for. I don’t want money to get in the way, so if cost is a major concern, contact me and we can figure out the best solution for you.
