I can access the videos on how to do each exercise anytime I want and I use them to spot check my form every time I visit the gym. The weekly phone calls are crucial as well. Your energy gives me motivation for the week ahead when I would rather just coast a little. The personalized help with my diet is a huge part of this equation I have failed miserably at in the past but you put things in baby steps that I have been able to accomplish.
You are positive, not preachy when it comes to the diet part of the program.
